Who Am I / My Experience
My experience as a leader and coaching professional has been a natural evolution starting with a M.ED in Counseling from Cambridge College and progressing into a Deputy Director for Community Action, Inc. (CAI) and Head Start in Haverhill, MA. I am certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) as a Certified Professional Co-Active coach (CPCC). I completed a 10-month CTI Leadership program in Madison, North Carolina and a 5 month training on Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) in New York. I am certified and trained to coach individuals, teams and relationship systems.
As a program director and deputy director of a non-profit organization, I am well experienced in personnel issues, leadership development, program design and management, team alignment, systems development, strategic planning, and board governance.
I am certified by the Self-Esteem Boston Educational Institute as a Self-Esteem coach. I facilitate a group for incarcerated women with alcohol and drug dependency issues.
As a woman in recovery, I know full well the challenges of balancing career and recovery. My intent is to reach other executives or managers in recovery to assist in navigating the nuances of leadership in career and a new life free from addiction.
I am passionate about coaching as a means to self-discovery and living a life by design. I am equally passionate about creating a workplace environment and culture that is inclusive and reflective of the organization’s mission and purpose producing satisfying results for both the employee and the employer.
